A real pleasure. Technician was prompt, polite, and thorough. After a bad encounter with another company, I am happy that I found a reliable and honest HVAC service.

$350.00 to replace a $20.00 run capacitor is CRIMINAL. It take 15 lousy minutes! I questioned their maintenance man about whether my unit was low on refrigerant, and I was just told to trust them. Unacceptable!

I would be very careful working with NexGen. These guys damaged our ceiling, tore off paint from it, and have not returned our calls for the last 4 days. Their technicians fled our house before we could talk with them about it. Our AC unit started not working and they were quick to arrive and investigate the situation. However, the first technician thought it was a problem with just cleaning the dust on our blower. Turned out it still didn't work properly after running it later that night - my house got hotter. They installed a furnace, but during the installation, the technicians damaged our ceiling and left glue on our walls. I'm disappointed and trying to get a hold of NexGen since they left, but nobody has returned my call for the last 4 days.

The technician Daniel Trainer was very professional and provided excellent customer service. Technician was very thorough and knowledgeable making the repairs. Very much appreciated his work ethics!

Scheduled an AC tune-up with Nexgen a week ago for today between Noon - 3 pm. Received a confirmation email yesterday. Took the day off from work to be home. At 3:30, after no appearance, called them and nobody answered. They mentioned trying to call me to reschedule, but I received no calls. They wasted my day! I will never even attempt to use them in the future!
