Terms & Conditions

These Terms are a contract between you and RHAWK ("RHAWK", "we") governing your use of RHAWK and the RHAWK reputation platform (the "Services"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be 18+ and have authority to bind your business. You're responsible for anything that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at security@ratehawk.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

You will not (a) fabricate, incentivize or otherwise manipulate reviews in violation of any directory's terms, (b) upload contact data you don't have permission to message, (c) send messages that violate TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL or similar laws, (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, resell or scrape the Services beyond your account, or (e) use the Services for anything unlawful. Violations may result in immediate suspension.

Public review content shown in the Services is fetched from third-party directories (Google, Yelp, Facebook, Angi, Houzz, BBB and others). Those directories own that data and their terms apply. We display it for your convenience and make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant completeness. We publish replies to Google via Google's official Business Profile API only when you connect and authorize it. For directories that don't offer a partner reply API, we surface the reply and open a deep link so you can post it yourself — RHAWK never posts where the platform doesn't allow third parties to.

RHAWK uses AI to draft review replies, summarize sentiment and generate marketing copy. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is sent, published or acted on. See our AI Policy.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing page.

New accounts get a 60-day free trial of the plan they select. No credit card is required to start. You'll be reminded before the trial ends. If you don't add a payment method, your account moves to a free-tier read-only mode.

You may cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. On request, we'll export your data before deletion.

RHAWK, RHAWK, and all associated logos, code and content are owned by RHAWK. You retain ownership of any data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that data to provide the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that scans will find every listing, that AI drafts will be error-free, or that third-party directories will remain available or unchanged.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RHAWK's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold RHAWK harmless from any claims arising from (a) your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, (b) content you upload or send, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Sections 9–12 and 14 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RHAWK is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
