Review generation · RHAWK

Review generation software that asks every single customer

The businesses winning the map pack are not lucky - they ask everyone, immediately, by text. RHAWK automates the ask, the follow-up and the routing so review volume stops depending on memory.

How RHAWK handles it

Trigger from the system you already use

Connect your CRM, field service software, POS or a simple webhook. When a job is marked complete or an invoice is paid, the request fires automatically - no exports, no spreadsheets, no daily admin task.

SMS, email and QR in one sequence

Text first because it converts best, then a polite email follow-up two days later if there is no response, then stop. Front-desk QR codes and review-link cards feed the same tracking so you can see which channel actually produces reviews.

Private feedback routing

Customers who indicate they are unhappy are sent to a private feedback form that alerts you instantly, so you can fix the problem before it becomes a public one-star. Everyone else goes straight to your Google, Yelp or trade-directory review link.

Attribution and compliance

See requests sent, opened, clicked and converted by technician, location and channel. Requests are unbiased and never gated by rating on the platforms that forbid it, so you stay inside Google and Yelp policy.

How it works

1. Connect

Link your CRM or POS, or drop customers in by CSV to start today.

2. Automate

Pick channels, timing and the review sites you want to grow first.

3. Measure

Track conversion by tech and location, and coach the ones falling behind.

The complete guide to review generation

Passive review flow always trends negative

Left alone, the customers who write reviews are the ones with a strong emotion, and disappointment is a stronger motivator than satisfaction. A business that never asks will accumulate a review profile that understates its actual quality - which is why competent operators are frequently sitting at 4.1 while a competitor with an organised ask sits at 4.8 doing the same work. Generation software exists to correct that sampling bias by asking everybody, not just the people who were moved to speak.

Timing, channel and friction

Three variables drive response rate. Timing: send within an hour of the job completing. Channel: SMS is read within minutes by most recipients, email is not, and the right system picks per customer. Friction: every extra tap costs conversion, so the message should contain one link that lands directly on the review form with the platform already chosen, not a page asking the customer to choose. Getting all three right is usually the difference between a single-digit and a double-digit response rate.

Sequencing and reminders

A single ask captures a fraction of the people who would have reviewed you. One reminder a few days later, worded differently and sent on the other channel, typically adds a meaningful share on top. Two reminders is the ceiling before you start irritating people. RHAWK handles the sequence, stops it the moment a review is detected, and suppresses anyone who has been asked recently so a repeat customer is never spammed.

Spreading reviews across platforms

Sending everyone to Google is the right default, but a profile with 400 Google reviews and none anywhere else looks thin on the sites where shortlists get built. RHAWK can rotate the destination by rule - most to Google, a share to the trade directory that matters in your industry, a share to Facebook - so your presence looks credible everywhere a buyer might check. Never ask the same customer for reviews on multiple sites at once.

Staying compliant

Do not offer incentives for reviews; most platforms prohibit it and Google filters detectably incentivised reviews. Do not write reviews on a customer's behalf. Do not screen out unhappy customers from reviewing you - the compliant pattern is to route low-score survey responses to a private form for service recovery while leaving the public review open to anyone. Follow SMS consent rules for your jurisdiction, include an opt-out, and respect quiet hours. RHAWK's defaults are set up this way, and the settings that could put you outside the rules are not available.

Frequently asked questions

What is review generation software?

Software that automatically asks your customers for a review at the right moment, follows up if they do not respond, and tracks which asks converted. It replaces manual, inconsistent asking with a repeatable system.

Is it legal to ask customers for reviews?

Yes. Google, Yelp and most platforms allow you to ask customers for honest reviews. What is not allowed is incentivising positive reviews or filtering who gets asked based on how happy they are - RHAWK is built to keep you compliant.

SMS or email - which works better?

SMS consistently converts several times better because it is read within minutes. RHAWK sends SMS first and uses email only as a follow-up for non-responders.

How many reviews should I expect?

It depends on job volume, but businesses asking every customer typically convert 15-30% of requests. Ten completed jobs a week usually turns into six to twelve new reviews a month.

Can I choose which review site each customer is sent to?

Yes. You can prioritise Google, or rotate customers across Google, Facebook, Yelp and your trade directories to build breadth, which also helps your score.
