Contractor does work in a dangerous and illegal manner. They threw debris off of a third story roof into an open demo truck without any safety measures or encroachment permits. They almost hit the mailman with debris. They also caused excessive amounts of dust to be scattered all down the street. Probably including asbestos. Do not use this company if you are concerned about permit violations or being sued.

I scheduled an appointment on March 16, 2026 for a roof repair estimate and was told I would have the estimate within 48 hours. I know roofing companies are busy but when I didn't have the estimate by Friday March 27th, I called for an update. I was then told I would have the estimate no later than Monday March 30th. Today is April 7th and I still don't have the estimate. No one followed up just crickets. If you don't want to do the job just say that instead of wasting my time. To add, there was also confusion around my request on instructions when I scheduled the appointment so this is strike 3.

After getting bids from a few places to fix our flat gravel roofs, we decided to choose Royal Roofing for their pricing and great reviews on Google and Yelp. We also wanted to make sure the company was licensed and insured. Johnny was communicative from beginning to end, and we ended up with a repaired roof exactly as needed, with videos and pictures as proof.

The good: They completed the 2 day roof repair as scheduled. The appointment was quickly and easily made. The work crew was unobtrusive. The bad: Both days upon completion the front gate was left open - allowing any passersby access to the building. The billing process was unnecessarily complicated, confusing and time consuming.

Great company! Communicate very well. The quality of the work was fantastic and speedy. After I got a quote and confirmed it they put my skylight in with no issues! 10/10 would work with them again
