#1 Honest Plumber

Highly recommended! My wife am I own an aging 1 bed/1 bath condo in Sunnyvale. I've been shopping around for months for a reasonable, honest and preferably independent plumbing service to replace the old degraded water supply line shutoff valves under our kitchen and bathroom sinks. Three never got back to me after initial contact and discussions. One seemed overpriced. Eddie / #1 Honest Plumber, on the other hand, was very responsive, honest, reasonably priced and pleasant to work with. I will definitely be contacting them again for any future plumbing concerns.

Everything has gone so well with #1 Honest Plumber ... we have used their services 6 times now over the past five years. Ed, the owner, returns our calls quickly if not answering right away. Jorge is the excellent plumber who came to the house for clogged drains, toilet repairs, new faucet installs, and adding a water line for our new refrigerator. Jorge does excellent work, is very friendly, on time, and we feel the prices are reasonable! They are definitely our Go-To plumbers! Highly recommended!!

I bought a new home and needed to replace all the crumbling, leaking cast iron pipes with PVC. I called around and finally landed on Honest Plumber given its great reviews. I gave them a call and apparently Eddy had recently broken his wrist so he couldn't personally come out and see the property. Jorge, who works with him came out and did a thorough investigation of the place and provided a quote comparable, to the competition. The reason I went with these guys was Jorge impressed me with his attention to detail and thoughtfulness. He explained how pluming worked to me, potential issues with my setup that won't be addressed, what I need to watch out for. I felt like all the steps he laid out were reasonable and I knew very well the quirks with my particular system afterwards. Nothing much to talk about regarding delivery - prompt, on budget, on time, did everything that was promised. I'm no pluming expert, but didn't notice anything out of place from a cursory view. Didn't notice any leaks a couple days later. For future jobs, I'll still reach out to these guys. Hopefully it'll be for something smaller than overhauling my entire sewage system...

Jorge snaked out our sewer line well and quickly. Other plumbers have tried to oversell and overcharge. #1 Honest Plumbers lives up to their name.

Highly recommended! I needed help to finish a botched faucet removal and replacement done by a previous plumber (i.e., yours truly!). The job was complicated by 16 years of rust and hard water and pre-existing terrible cracked granite countertops that hadn't been sealed and protected well at all around the faucet area. Eddie was able to schedule me within 48 hours of my call and Jorge from #1 Honest Plumber showed up ready to go. He inspected the issues with my sink and gave me an extremely reasonable flat-price quote to do the work. I agreed and then watched as Jorge did a skillful surgery to excise what remained of the old faucet, patched up my terrible granite like a dentist would patch up a cavity, and installed and tested my new faucet and soap dispenser. Jorge was polite, friendly, professional, efficient, tidy, careful and didn't even roast me for my ham-fisted attempts at DIY work before he showed up. It doesn't get much better than that! Thanks, #1 Honest Plumber team. You guys had my back and I will 100% call you back again when I get in over my head on a plumbing job.
