Eddy arrived at our home at the agreed upon time and went right to work to provide an estimate for a pin leak we had in our dining room ceiling. Eddy provided a very fair price for a relatively small amount of water damage to our dining room and ceiling. Eddy and his team were professional and communicated well. While other estimates were much higher, I do not believe that they could have provided any better workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

The team did a great job and provided an honest top and bottom quote. If there's one complaint ~ I wish they would've had a little more communication on the equipment pickup and arrival times instead of showing up unannounced. Also, I had to use a different company for drywall, paint and baseboard which is normal since remediation companies don't handle repairs. But they said they were going to refer me since day one but it took about a week before they reached back out despite me asking on the daily for a repair quote. But nonetheless 5 stars for the main job well done!

Another gem from Eddy and 24/7 Restoration! During our struggle to sell our home and move from CA to CO, our AC condensation line became plugged and created moisture (as the movers were there) in a small area. The line was fixed immediately and, as usual, Eddy arrived the same day and began the drying process. Due to Eddy's quick work over 3 days, everything worked out perfectly. I'm writing this review from our new home in CO thanks to Eddy and 24/7 Restoration! You guys are the best!
