A-1 Tree Service

It was a wonderful experience working with Don and his A-1 Tree Service Crew. Efficient work, warm conversation, good team collaboration, great cleanup. We have about ten trees that require trimming and they got it done very efficiently. Highly recommended. Will definitely work with them again for our future tree work.

They came out to trim my huge Lemon tree, and let me tell you. They did a great job. I never thought the tree would produce lemons. I am so happy. I will recommend them to all my friends, Don and George and the rest of the crew did a great clean up too. Once again guys thank you A1.

I got a city permit to cut down several trees in my front and back yards. My landscaper gave me several names, and A-1 Tree Services gave me the best estimate; Don clearly showed years of experience and confidence. Don and I agreed on the date, how many days it would take, and the details of the work list and sequence. His crew showed up on time and got started. Two pine trees were around 80' tall, and they promptly started working on them. Due to the size of the trees, it took an extra day to finalize and clean up. They did a great job of cleaning up afterward as well. I was happy with the work Don and his crew performed, and my house looks much better. I'd recommend his services without hesitation.

I was given Don's name and phone number by a neighbor. When I called, Don was incredibly responsive. He asked thoughtful questions about the job and offered to swing by, take a look at the situation and provide a bid. My husband and I immediately felt comfortable with Don. In addition to providing a thorough analysis and discussing how one of his teams would take care of the trees, Don bent over backwards to fit us into a tight timeline. Because our job was fairly big, we had planned to obtain three bids. After meeting Don, we didn't even bother calling in additional bids! Our intuition was right. Don was able to move another job to a later date, to fit us in later that week. He showed up with one of his teams at 8am that same week. Before anything had even been taken out of the trucks, Don went over a detailed plan with my husband and me, and then with his team. The team used well-practiced safety protocols, and the team was meticulous about sweeping and cleaning, leaving no debris behind on either day. Don and his team did a beautiful job addressing a dangerous situation for us. We unequivocally recommend them!

Don Needles and his crew from A-1 Tree Service were outstanding from start to finish. Don told me exactly what their plan was for trimming a tree that had a huge limb broken off during a windy day in September. He had the crew come out to do an initial trim of the broken branch and then scheduled the full trimming for a few days later. They did a great job on the tree and cleaned everything up very well. We've used Don Needles before and are very happy we went with him again.
