After over a year of struggling to rid a stubborn roach infestation in our apartment, a friend referred us to Paul. Previous 'treatments' were the equivalent of someone walking in and saying 'Yep... you've got 'em.' - we didn't know what to do. We were following all instructions given to us by our property manager, and the pest control reps they had hired, for treatment, control and disposal, but they were seemingly unstoppable. Paul was an amazing find - thorough, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly, successful in ridding the problem. AWESOME Customer service!!! The response time was fast, the treatment was done professionally, expert on all questions asked. The owner Paul initially met me at my home and did a walk through with his employee and explained the process and answered any concerns. From then on my initial pest problem was solved and we had a subsequent problem with insects in the fruit trees and that issue was addressed as well.
