No unexpected change orders, just fair and clear pricing. The construction team is respectful and smart, and gets the job done to specification. A few times in our fencing project, we needed to make some unexpected adjustments, and they were great about accommodating the change without complaint. We love our new fence - it looks great, and our neighbor loves it as well. Good fences makes for good neighbors, as they say.

I asked four companies for bids on a fence building project in February of 2025, and Above the Rest came in with a great price AND thoughtful questions, suggestions, and a level of professionalism that impressed me. I'm glad I selected them. When we wanted to change the scope to incorporate a metal gate in our wooden fence, they accommodated the request (even though it's not their usual kind of thing) and we're very happy with their work.
