Latest 5 of 13Unfortunately it took me 10 years to write this. The work was done right, but his business practices were suspect. He was not upfront with any additional work and costs.
I would not recommend giving this contractor an advance payment which I did in good faith. It took him months to do the work and then charged a disproportionate amount for part of the work.
I contracted with Abrew Construction for a fair amount of work - two bathroom remodels, a kitchen remodel, and flooring replacement and baseboards for my entire house. I honestly can't say enough about this company.
Kevin, the owner, worked with us to design and execute the project, which came off beautifully and with much improved functionality.
They did a great job remodeling a rental unit I own. I was able to get $500 more month rent. They finished the job on time.
