Rick is great. Identified the issue to our Dacor cooktop and resolved in minutes. He was so educational and kind. Made the whole process seamless. So reassuring to know he is in the area to service our Dacor appliance.

Rick does excellent work. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and very skilled. We spoke on the phone more than once while waiting for parts to service my Dacor appliance, so when he arrived to make the repair, I felt I already knew him. I highly recommend Accurate Appliance.

Ice maker stopped working in our Thermador built in fridge. Called a highly recommended appliance repair company who came out, looked at the freezer, packed up his tools and said he really doesn't like working on Thermador products.....and left! I came across, after lots of digging around, the card for Accurate because they came out a few years back for some warranty work. Rick came out, and said no problem. Diagnosed and then proceeded to fix the issue. Had all the parts needed in his van, so no going back and forth to get parts. The other bonus is that Rick is a really nice guy that we enjoyed talking to, as well as the young lady that handles the initial contact. I highly recommend Accurate Appliance.

What a pleasant surprise to find a vastly knowledgeable, unassuming fella. He shared many tips and tricks to keep our Bosch dishwasher running smooth and trouble free (Knock Knock). Love his old school approach to repair he is a service Tech to trust, not too full of BS a very informative session he is first on my list of who to call for appliance problems.
