We needed to make a spare key for a 1999 Ford Ranger that was gifted to us. The key has a transponder chip so we knew we had to get a locksmith to make one. This is the 2nd time I've used Ace Lock and Key for their services. Issa came to our house and made the key in less than 5 minutes. With the blink of an eye spare was made, tested and working! The front driver door lock was sticking a little and I asked if for future if we wanted to fix that if it was fixable or would need a replacement lock. Issa went above and beyond and fixed our lock problem with a simple solution! Mind you this is still all within the "less than 5 minutes" time that he was here! If could keep adding 10 more STARS I would! Thank you once again Issa for your outstanding services!

He estimated arrival in a half an hour and gave me the heads up via text, but arrived early. Issa displays comprehensive knowledge about the topic and makes sure he knows what is going on with the key before he accepts the job. His cost estimate was more than reasonable.
