We did a home theatre upgrade, music revamp (including landscape speakers), and an internet overhaul-- all through Chris and Adaptive Systems. Everything was perfect. Chris and his team are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. This is an A+ operation, well worth the investment.

I called Chris and he was more than accommodating to my needs and texted me right away that his two technicians had a cancellation the same day and were available and could be at my place within a hour. Talk about great response! The two techs arrived within a hour and were great and took care of my home theater system needs. They were very kind and professional in how they got everything done. Chris is a real professional. We asked him to stop by to determine how difficult it would be to add speakers to our Sonos system. I was impressed with his honesty and will definitely hire him when we redo our entertainment room.
