Al's Roofing Supply

Very poor customer service! This company lacks the competence you need to provide the service customers seek. They blame the customer for their lack of communication, they decided to leave the roofing tiles in my driveway when they should KNOW they need to be left on the roof and then tried to charge an additional $1000 to come back and do their job properly when it should have been executed the first time around!! Unprofessional company with a boss who has a shitty attitude!! Do not recommend.

Just based on my experience as a potential customer calling on the phone for an estimate. I found them to be very professional, informative and accommodating. I needed prices for different types of shingles and I was not met with any kind of negativity or patronization. As a woman that is trying to price out the cost of building A mother-in-law unit, I am often met with contractors who want to talk down to me. However this particular company was extremely helpful and when it comes time to purchase my materials I will be calling them.

Jeff was very helpful! Yelp said the shop was closed in Saturday's, but we called and he was able to accommodate us.

It was a great experience. Excellent customer service, they went out of their way to make sure that I had what I needed, and a fair price.
