From Lynn in the office to a call from Jim to discuss my needs to my connection with Danny and the quote and the final installation. If there were 20 Stars that is what they'd get. I recently had the experience of one of the springs failing on my garage door. I reached out to Alert Door and they very quickly scheduled me for repair service within a few hours. The spring replacement was done very professionally and they also performed a review and update on a number of loose bolts and hinges on my door. I highly recommend Alert Door. They are good people who provide great service at a fair price.

Beyond fabulous. We needed a new garage door and opener for an extensive home remodel. They were easy to work with. But here's where they stood out--we live behind a shared gate and they came by, several times, to sync our garage door opener so it would also open the gate. And when we had issues with the garage door openers closing the garage door, they replaced them. The service was beyond amazing.

We needed a new garage door opener. I emailed Alert Garage Door Service and they replied promptly. We talked on the phone and made the arrangements. They arrived as promised and did an excellent job of installing the new garage door and then teaching me how to use it. Five stars, I would give ten if I could.
