Sunday evening, about 6 pm, I called Alex because I wasn't able to open my trunk. Alex offered to come and fix it immediately. 30 minutes later he was in my house. He spent a few minutes to study the lock, and within less than 10 min, he opened the trunk. Not only that he opened the trunk, he also fixed the lock so it will not happen again. Alex is very technical and handy and knows what he is doing. I gave him 5 stars because there are no more stars to give. I highly recommend him.

Highly recommend Alex the Locksmith if you need any of your locks replaced! Our existing Schlage front door lock broke after 30+ years, so we bought a replacement Schlage Encode smart lock thinking it would be easy to do. However, the new lock required larger holes to fit into the door and the screws for the old deadbolt were like welded in with no way to remove them. After spending an hour drilling thru the deadbolt lock screws, it was finally removed. The new lock works perfectly. It took a while to complete, but we're happy with the quality of the work.

Alex responded to my request almost immediately! He arrived maybe 15 minutes later and I was back inside my place within 5 minutes of his arrival! Alex is professional, efficient, and kind! Hopefully, I don't need his services again, but if so, he's now my go-to locksmith! In addition, his rate was better than the others who replied! Thanks again, Alex!

Alex was amazing. Communication was very quick and he came to my location right away. Price is very reasonable. He programmed keys for my car in less than 30 minutes. He is very knowledgeable and was awesome to work with. I will be going to him again for future key needs. Thank you Alex!
