Mike was fantastic, and took great care of us! He took the time to ask lots of questions and didn't rush his inspection, really getting to know the nature of our problem. He even recommended a few things we could do to our plumbing to avoid future issues before we even hired him. He took time every day to talk about what he was doing, and finding, and making recommendations for reconstruction. We're happy with his thorough work. He's also a really great guy and fun to chat with! Basically - he's the helpful conscientious uncle you wish you had on your side.

He also pointed out things I should do to make my house drier. He worked tirelessly 7 days a week early in the process. Later while checking the how things were progressing, he noticed a leak in the drain pipe. He made sure under my house was dry before he finished everything. Mike is arguably one of the best, most honest and kind professionals in this space. He went out of his way to give me brutally honest information that saved me so much time, money and hassle. Even though he was too far from our home to perform our job, he treated me like a family member.
