ALL DUCT & VENT CLEANING

After our dryer repair man said that nothing was wrong with our dryer and our vents needed to be cleaned, we called Vagif. Vagif came out very quickly and cleaned the dryer vent. We heard him working so we know he did some work. However, after he left, the dryer still did not work. I reached back out via text to both the repair man and Vagif. The repair man came back out but Vagif did not respond. The repair man checked everything again and said that the vents must not have been cleaned thoroughly because the dryer has no issues. I reached out to Vagif again and heard nothing back. I wanted to be certain that the vents were the problem so I called out Maytag service and they confirmed that the vents are the problem.

My dryer was starting to smell like smoke and it's been about 2 years since I paid to have it cleaned out. I submitted a request for quote and Vagif responded within 10 min (late on a sunday night), called me, and set up an appointment for the next morning. He took his time explaining the different things he could do for me on top of just cleaning the vent. He actually was able to take the machine apart, clean out the inside, and identified where the smell was coming from. Wires on the internals were covered in dust and burning! This was a fire hazard and something a standard duct clean would ignore. We negotiated a fair price and the work was done in the background in about 2 hours. Well worth the money and would recommend Vagif to others.

We had a wonderful experience with Vagif at our home in Half Moon Bay. He cleaned our dryer vent and, more importantly, identified an exterior vent that had been improperly covered with wire mesh by a rodent-proofing company, resulting in a significant buildup of lint at the exterior. Vagif was able to replace the old and rusting exterior vent with a new, unblocked one. I will certainly be calling Vagif again to address any future duct or vent cleaning issues.

Vagif is very friendly and he goes out of his way to help you. He gave me some cleaning tips for free. I'll use him again. Highly recommended!
