I sent George Flanigan a request for quote and service of my 2023 Sundance Cameo 880 series Spa after I looked over his website and saw what a great job he did at listing all his spa services and the associated charges. I had a hell of a time with both mildew or mold growth in my spa where I did a complete change of water and a deep cleaning along with a chemical cleaning of the jets just two months ago. Yet I was still getting brown flecks that were coming out the Jets and floating around my spa and I had really lost my patience with it. George contacted me back the same day via email with some very useful information and said he could make it out the next day to look things over and come up with a game plan. He said it sounded like it would be a two-day service where he would have to drain the spa and use a commercial jet cleaner one day and let the spa sit overnight, then refill it and super shock the spa the next day before refilling it and balancing all the chemicals. The knowledge he imparted to me about water chemistry that first day was beyond anything I had ever heard before and there were a few different reasons why I was dealing with the issues that I had.
