Very responsive. We had an issue with broken glass on a dual-pane window at one of our rental properties in Mountain View. Patrick scheduled the soonest appt. for an assessment and provided an estimated right away.
I had several unusual needs for customized glass (shelving and an antique mirror). They made everything work perfectly to spec, cheerfully and very competitively priced.
I have used this place twice now for window screen repairs. Their prices are very reasonable. Their service is also really good! I will be using them for any other window needs!
