Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! I cannot say enough good things about this team! It all started with Jonathan Morales, the sales manager, who kicked everything off seamlessly and made the initial process a breeze, especially dealing with HOA. When it came time for the installation, Luis, Eric, Roberto, and Alex showed up and absolutely crushed it. They replaced 11 large windows and worked together like a NASCAR pit crew--fast, incredibly efficient, and perfectly coordinated. I was amazed at how quickly and professionally they got the job done.

We had contracted with American Vision Windows and Bath for remodeling of our 3 bathrooma with Kohler Luxstone Product. We had the first of the three bathrooms installed. We are vary happy with the product and it was installed in two days by American Vision's technicians Cesar Cruz and Homberto Mendoza who did a great job and communicated with us well to explain how the project was going to be implemented. I have given 4 star rating only because the shower door was not available on the day of the install, otherewise I would have given a rating of 5 stars. After the frameless shower door is installed, I would revise my rating to 5 stars. I highly recommend American Vision for other prospective parties who are considering remodeling their bathrooms.

Wonderful experience with AVW team! From sales person Jon, to the person who came to do final measurements, to office contact, to the scheduler, and the install crew! Loved how quickly and professionally the installation team did their work today. Patiently explained and answered my questions. Carefully set up covers on the floor and bedroom furnitures before starting, and thoroughly cleaned afterwards. Came a little before 8am and done before 1pm. 15 windows and 1 patio door. Very happy with the Anlin Del Mar products they recommended as well. The finish looks nice. Upstairs rooms usually get really warm in the afternoon, and now at 3:30pm it's still cool like the rest of the house. The difference is so obvious! Anlin patio door has the doggie door option which was important to us. Highly recommend AVW!

The guys worked hard, and finished in one day, when we planned for two. The staff was attentive, and thorough. Cesar and Umberto (?) were prompt in arriving, and courteous throughout the day. I recommend American Vision Windows highly!

How often do you get your windows replaced in a lifetime? Do it right the first time. We received bids from 3 different highly rated window companies from Yelp and this one had the best value for their quality. They have the A Team working here. From sales to measurements (Jonathan) to scheduling (Lucero and Alex) to the actual replacement, everyone was on point and I am a tough critic. The team (Luis H, Eric, Joshua, Luis I, Carlos, Porfirio, Ignacio) they sent was hands down, amazing! Replaced all 20 of our windows in less than 6 hours! They took care of my home as they would treat their own. Covered my kids' beds, protected my floors, asked where the restroom was instead of just entering into rooms, wore shoe covers- it's all the little things that show quality service. I highly recommend this company and their team. This is my favorite renovation in our home.
