American Water Restoration recently worked on a mold remediation project for my laundry room. David and Anna and team were extremely professional and courteous. They gave us a detailed overview of what to expect during the remediation process and true to their word, they completed the project on time. The crew who came to do the work was fabulous. They were punctual, lovely to work with and left the working area and beyond cleaner than it had been prior to their arrival! They were also responsive to our numerous questions involving the estimate. It put our minds at ease that they took the time to address our concerns and issues. Overall it was a positive experience.

AWR recently did extensive restoration work in my house due to a flood in my kitchen which partially extended into my living room & den. Their company took care of everything: dry-out, pack out, demo, replacement of water damaged items, etc. & also handled most of the issues with the insurance company. Their employees are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, & always took time to answer my questions & concerns. The office staff (Susanna & Anna) who I called frequently, were always friendly & quickly took care of any concerns I had. This company does excellent work & I highly recommend them.

We had serious water damage at our house in Oxnard, and we engaged Ernie and his team on the recommendation of our contractor. They went above and beyond and were very easy to work with. Ernie identified leaks we had not noticed and his team came up with a detailed, item by item repair and restoration plan with costs clearly identified. Their work was tremendously helpful with our insurance company. Ernie is responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend for this work!

I recently hired American Water Restoration to do some remediation/encapsulation work at my home (prepping for the sale of my home). Ernie and his team were absolutely fantastic. They were beyond helpful, thorough, diligent and patient (as I was staying in my home while the work was done). They were always punctual, pleasant and accommodating. After the work was completed, the inspector who came to my home indicated that the work done by Ernie's team was excellent - EXACTLY what one would want to hear from an inspector! Very reasonable cost, superior work...what more could a person ask for? I am super grateful, would easily hire them again, and would highly recommend Ernie and his team to anyone seeking remediation/encapsulation services!!!
