When we discovered signs of a rodent problem, we wanted to work with one of the most reputable companies in the Bay Area. Santiago came to our home and performed a thorough inspection of the attic, roof, exterior, and surrounding areas, carefully identifying potential entry points for mice and rats. His foreman, Kevin, and Jose then completed the exclusion and attic remediation work. They took the time to locate and seal every potential entry point using steel mesh and cement. Some of our vents were particularly difficult to secure, but they were patient, meticulous, and clearly committed to doing the job correctly rather than taking shortcuts. They also removed the dirty, chewed, and moldy insulation where rodents had been nesting, thoroughly cleaned the attic, and sanitized the entire space using biodegradable, natural products and a hospital-grade disinfectant.
