Valentin came to evaluate my water pipe from the city. He was on time and an amazing guy. This is the third time I have used him and he is awesome

These guys are very professional and explained my problem and the possible ways it may need to be fixed. Luckily it was the best case scenario for the clogged bathtub and they just had to snake the drain. I also had a leaky toilet and so they took it out and replaced the wax seal and then put in back in. My wife was complaining about how slow the toilet was filling so they replaced some parts in the tank and now it seems as good as new!

Called early in the morning about a blocked drain and received a quick return call. Arrived in less than two hours and went right to work. Listened carefully to my description of the problem and quickly devised a plan. Snaked the drain with a camera and showed me the whole process as he did it. Fixed the immediate problem and offered sensible options for the long term solution. Very professional, patient, and not pushy. I am very pleased and will keep them on speed dial!

Valentin was incredibly responsive and professional. Among the most pleasant and knowledgeable individuals I've ever come across. He explained things to me in a way that was clear and easy for me to understand. (I know nothing about plumbing). He was prompt for the appointment, very respectful of our home and was extremely courteous. His work ethic, rates and quality of work are impressive.
