Latest 5 of 22On time, good advice. Given the cost of parts and labor involved, they recommended not to repair and go for a new washer.
Our dryer wasn't turning on properly. The repair man heard what we've done in the past and recommended purchasing a new machine because the combined cost of the old repair (less than a year ago) and the new repair would cost close to what a new machine would cost. This man could have said nothing, leaving the calculations to me, but gave me his advice. It did cost me for the service call but I felt it was well worth the money spent. He was on-time, clean and professional. I will use this service provider again should the need arise. I highly recommend them for your consideration.
Charged $100 for an incorrect diagnoses for my dryer issue. Plus they wanted to charge an extra $500 to fix the dryer, and on top of that the technician was one hour late to the time booked. Not happy with service and don't want to hire them again.
My furnace is now blowing so I called Appliance 911. The only good thing with Appliance is that they come right away. The technician opened the furnace maintenance door, used his hand to feel the fan and told me the fan is burned. It will cost me more than $1400, $880 for the parts and $425 for the labor, plus tax. I wanted a second opinion and paid $69 'diagnosis' fee, for literally no diagnosis. The second company I hired spent 25 minutes to actually diagnose every part of the furnace and showed me the fan is in fact working, by bypassing the controller. The issue is with the controller and the charged me for $650 for labor, parts, and tax!
Confirmed appointment and address twice. They cancelled appointment 15 minutes before appointment. Said they didn't service my area.
