John from Arnold's was able to come out and put in a new garage door opener and new springs in one days notice! Very thorough, professional and efficient considering he put in our years old original garage door opener and garage door which is why he's so experienced. We always call John for all our garage door needs.

The spring on my garage door broke and needed to be replaced. This happened on a Tuesday morning around 7:30/8. Arnold's Garage came highly recommended by my two neighbors. I called several places, including those that are purportedly open 24 hours, and only John actually answered his phone! Because of this, John got my business. John came out later that morning and replaced the springs in less than an hour! He was prompt, efficient, and most importantly, he was responsive. While he was replacing the springs, I asked him about the weatherstripping on my garage door that seems to have shrunk at each end, allowing small rodents to possibly get in. He said that due to its age, the elements, and improper installation, it needs to be replaced. He couldn't change it that day, but he said he will call me the following week to schedule it. True to his word, John called and scheduled the replacement for the following morning. As before, he showed up on time, and was done in 30 minutes. Cost for both replacements were very reasonable. Our garage door was having issues and we called/texted a couple of businesses and they never called back or showed up. Arnold's was highly recommend on NextDoor. I called and spoke to John and he took my address and phone # and told me he wasn't be able to come until the next day. I was not expecting a call back; but he called and came the next day as promised. Very professional and punctual. Thank you John!!

John from Arnolds had been recommended over the years and I had called him to repair the track on the manual overhead garage door and repair the lock. The time had come to replace the manual door with an electric Lift Master. John has done work for our family over many years. I reached out to him for an estimate as I had finally made the decision to go electric, my shoulders and back are happy with my decision! He came over, heard my concerns, gave me an estimate and a plan to do the installation. Our new door was installed last Wednesday in less then 4 hours! I am pleased and highly recommend him to anyone!
