Robert, the owner of this company and the person who came out to our home to service our burglar alarm, was very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about our situation and burglar alarms in general. He knew everything there was to know about our system even though his company didn't install it and may not typically install that brand, and he made short work out of fixing our issue, even though other companies I called would not deal with it. The company that originally installed our system is now out of business so I am so glad I found ASI Alarm - they will definitely be our go-to resource for this alarm and any other alarm needs we may have in the future. I could not have been more pleased!

Robert is the ultimate alarm company owner....my sensor battery died so I texted him and within 5 minutes he responded LIGHTNING FAST and guided me on how to change it myself...I couldn't even figure out how to open the cover BUT Robert came to rescue and my CREME DE LA CREME alarm system is now working at 100% capacity! Len came over to do a walkthrough of my house to see what needed to be done and how to achieve it. He gave a detailed, itemized estimate that was easy to read and understand. He made it clear that the final cost would depend on what the installation team encountered when actually performing the installation. On the day of the job, Robert and his team did were able to find a path for the wires that did not involve going outside the house, which saved both time and material.
