We had a nice inspection from Dan, who gave us a great price estimate for our 1300 sq Ft home. We scheduled a date/time and the 3 nice men came on time, vacuumed out and cleaned up our attic, laid new insulation, stopped up any entry points and cleaned up- all in 5 hours. Really great job! Highly recommend this company.

This review is months overdue, but wanted to wait a few months to determine the results. Overall: Just amazing service at a fair price! Earlier this year I noticed a terrible smell coming from our HVAC vents. I called a few HVAC guys who could not determine the source but felt confident it was a dead animal. Obtained several quotes but Attic Solutions was the most fair in explaining their services, the cleanup process, and future mitigation. The 1-year warranty made it an easy choice. Also, other companies gave vague quotes based on square footage which is really hard to visualize or inform of since I can't fit in my crawl space. Free inspection determined there were 2 dead possums under the house. One was petrified and old and the newer one was causing the stench. Which was removed immediately. My attic was inspected as well and given a seal of approval. A second follow-up visit was scheduled to clean up all the feces, sealed points of entry with cement and chicken wire, and deodorized under the house and inside the house near the vents. I cannot recommend Attic Solutions enough. My wife and I bought a home in March, and shortly after moving in, discovered we had roof rats. Attic Solutions had inspected and rodent-proofed the attic for the sellers, back in January, and we learned we were still under warranty. So we called to see if they would come and re-inspect the property to help address the issue. Joshua, the owner, could not have been more accommodating. He spent more than 20 minutes on the phone with me to look up the home's account and diagnose the issue, and promptly had a team out within a week (I imagine this would have been even faster had he not been working through a backlog created by COVID). The team came out, and did a thorough inspection of the attic, roof, and crawl space. They found a new hole that rats had made in near one of our rain gutters, and they quickly patched it and set fresh traps. A week later, we could still hear rats in the attic, so we called Joshua again, and he had his team come out a second time.
