Latest 5 of 96Recently we had a very bad skunk smell about a week before Labor Day. Our furnace provider checked our duct work and confirmed some rodent in our crawlspace. We frantically began our search, but many offered limited services or have no inspectors till after Labor Day. We are glad we found Attical. Their inspector Angie came next day, recommended that we sanitized the crawlspace and covered it in plastic. Overall, we are very pleased with their professionalism, quality of work, and promptness.
They were fast and efficient. They were able to come while we were on vacation and now our house keeps its temperature.
Jay is really friendly and kind, and I appreciate how he takes time to educate homeowners about how to manage this.
