Automatic Gate Masters & Garage Doors

This is the first place I am going to for any garage or gate needs. This company is responsive, professional, and competent. After almost a year, our automatic gate started to sag and could not close properly. I called Automatic Gate Masters & Garage Doors Sunday afternoon to explain the problem. By 9am Monday the gate was fixed! Jack was lightning quick to respond and quickly understood the problem. I couldn't believe how responsive this company is. I'd also like to say that the fix was non-trivial and involved cutting metal and spot welding. Two people showed up and fixed the gate before I even got a chance to properly greet them. Amazing!

Our automatic gate stopped closing all the way so I found Automatic Gate Masters on yelp. They were very responsive in scheduling for a visit the following day but Jack texted that afternoon saying he was close by. Jack was very professional, keeping me updated on the ETA, found the issue (low batteries), and even fixed up the power box whose cover was loose. If I ever have issues again with our gate, I know who to call!

Izzy is fantastic. I manage an apartment building and we used him several times. He is very responsive and very good in his repairs. He is also very honest and will not over charge and tells you honestly what is needed. I highly recommend him.

Jack was great to work with. He took care of various details throughout the project and helped us achieve our design goals without us having to worry about how things will actually be done. We had a custom gate design that we shared with him and he was able to take that, work with the team to get it installed. The results are pretty awesome. They were a bit on the expensive side when we got quotes from various vendors but we didn't have to go through additional unexpected costs during the project. There were a few unexpected challenges that came up, but Jack handled all of them with his team and didn't charge us any additional fees.

Matt and were the absolute best service providers. I could've imagined for something like this. He was honest, helpful, speedy, and straightforward the and we could not be more happy with the end result. I would give him my highest recommendation.
