Contacted them for tree removal. They were professional and quick to respond however their quote was on high end compared to other contractors.

He was very responsive, gave me a clear and fair estimate, and was honest about the scope of work. Although he ultimately couldn't complete the job as scheduled due to unexpected equipment issues, he communicated promptly and professionally, which I really appreciated. Based on his transparency, responsiveness, and professionalism, I would not hesitate to contact him again or recommend him to others. Reliable communication is rare, and that alone speaks volumes.

Honestly, it's sad to see such a negative comment from Gregory M. about this company, especially coming from an adult. My experience was completely the opposite. The service I received was excellent -- professional, careful, and respectful at all times. The crew worked with safety as their top priority, always attentive to details and to the well-being of everyone present. They handled the job with precision, lowering every log and branch slowly and safely without causing any damage. I felt comfortable the entire time. The owner, a courteous man introduced himself right away and made sure to ask permission before entering my yard. He was respectful, professional, and very easy to work with. I couldn't be happier with the results. This company is reliable, safe, and I highly recommend hiring them.
