EXCELLENT SERVICE !!!!! I live in a 'RENTAL 4 PLEX Apt. near Berkeley, Ca. My MAILBOX door was 'Found Open,' by a Neighbor. Not the first time that somebody has tried to 'PICK THE LOCK' (Maybe A Burglar) !!!! I wrote to the Building Management to Inform them. They promptly responded by booking with B & B Locksmith who called me to intimate me that their Technician would be visiting the Premises to Attend to the issue. Soon had a call from a young Mr. Prithvi Singh. He arrived as promised and Replaced the Lock with a 'New One' Walking 2 New Keys Upstairs when he was Finished.
