Bay Area Carpet Cleaning

The worst service ever. No knowledge of product or idea how to fix. It's a scam as showed up in a wrecked van with no company logo. Service person showed up in no uniform or company id.

Marvin Henry (AKA Bay Area Carpet Cleaning) is the best! He's been cleaning the wool berber carpets in my San Francisco condo for the last 10 years. There aren't a lot of people with experience cleaning wool carpets, and Marvin does an excellent job. My carpets always looks better and smell fresher after his work.

Bay Area carpet cleaning is the best! Friendly, professional, outstanding work, they pick up and drop off your rug, they answer the phone right away, they show up when they say they will, I just couldn't be any happier.

I do not recommend this company. After agreeing to an appointment the team never showed up. When I called 15 mins before the agreed time to confirm, I was treated rudely. Obviously they had forgotten about my work, but no apologies were said. Then the person on the phone said "he could not hear me", hung up the phone and nobody answered again all day. All my messages were left unanswered

Marvin was great to work with. Communication was excellent, he responded to texts and confirmed arrival time 30 & 10 minutes out. Price was comparable with others. Will definitely use again and would recommend.
