Very quick and efficient customer service. The Account Manager was considerate and patient with our back and forth requests. She scheduled the technician to visit at a time convenient for us. The technician was polite and informative. He cleaned and serviced our HVAC window units within the time frame and they are working so much better now. Their charges were very reasonable. I've worked in facilities for over 20 yrs. and this company is by far the worst HVAC company I've ever done business with. Their billing practices are a joke, they add hours and additional trip charges. They don't reference service dates or approved estimate #'s on billing and they nickel and dime you to death. I work for a non-profit, so this relationship ended quickly.

I am doing a home remodel and needed a hard to find Rinnai tankless water heater. As soon as I emailed, they replied quickly with a reasonable quote. They were able to get the heater to me within 3 days, which is unheard of right now. Evan delivered the unit and was very helpful at answering my questions. I will definitely work with BAM again.
