I would give Ali 10 stars if it was possible. I brought an oriental rug in for him to clean that had been in a hallway for possibly 20 to 30 years and was quite dirty and full of pet hair. When the carpet was picked up, it looked like a brand new carpet and had no pet hairs or odors whatsoever. Without hesitation, I will be bringing all my carpets into Ali from now on!

Ali is an honest, kind and experienced man. His knowledge of rugs is tremendous. And the love he has for his work shows with the individual care he gives each rug. We brought in a small silk prayer rug from Istanbul that had a terrible patch of adhesive on it. (It may have been tar) Ali was able to remove the unknown substance and our rug looks good as new! I cannot see any remnant of where the problem was. His prices are very reasonable, honest and transparent.

I worked with Ali who is both ethical and knowledgeable. The rug ended up being ready quicker than anticipated. I am happy with the results and will definitely come back here if/when I need rug cleaning services again.

We have been meaning to have 4 small area rugs cleaned forever - ugh they were disgusting! We brought the rugs in and spoke with Ali who really knows his stuff and is incredibly nice too! Told us the rugs would be ready in about 3 days and they were. They look beautiful and just like new. What really impressed me is that when my husband picked them up, he noticed a spot on one of the rugs and asked Ali if it could be fixed. No problem. That was on a Thursday and it was ready on Saturday. Ali asked me to call him when I got the rug home to make sure it looked ok and was to our satisfaction. Now, that my fellow Yelpers, is customer service!! We will definitely be back! Please know that they don't take CC, just cash or Venmo or Zelle.
