He is a great communicator and is happy to explain the finer details of the problem he's trying to solve as well as the solution. Our sliding door rolls like brand new. Jeff had an inventory of replacement parts for my vintage door, and had in stock custom designed rollers of superior material than the ones that he replaced. I had no idea how unburdened I'd feel just by having a door that easily allows me to access the outdoors. Completely worth it.

The sliding door would not budge but after Bay Area Sliding Door repaired it, it works effortlessly. Jeff came on time to our scheduled first appointment to take measurements and explained the process. At the second appointment, the glass was replaced and a new rolling system was installed. The cost to repair the door was so much better than having to purchase a new door. Hoping I don't need to get another door fixed, but if so, I definitely would ask Jeff to repair it.
