After my washing machine broke, I called 4-5 different places, and BayCity Appliance offered both the earliest appointment and the cheapest quote. Nash came by to fix it the next day, gave me tips about some other potential issues down the line that he noticed, and finished within 30 minutes. Washer works great now, very professional service, highly recommended!

The technician Nash has done services for our managed properties many times, and every time his job was completed perfectly. Nash is very professional and easily communicative. Our team likes him!

If I could give Nash 10 stars I would do that. We were having issues with our refrigerator, Nash very proactively identified the issue, not only fixed it but also really cleaned the whole of the refrigerator completely and very patiently. He has a very good demeanor, does a very thorough job and is a great person. Highly recommend him!
