Best Construction

Best Construction (Sergiu) did a basement build-out remodel in our home. About 750 sqft, bathroom, gym, game room and wine cellar. Sergio has a small, but very capable crew experienced in electrical, plumbing and general construction. They did a nice job in these areas. However, Best Construction had a weak subcontractor for flooring and staircases. The work was very poor ( I complained several times) and Best did not take responsibility for their subs work. In the end, I had to bring in another subcontractor to redo the work. Also, near the end there were some light fixtures that were not connected, and Best said they would charge to have them hooked up (again, not standing behind their work). I brought in another contractor who hooked them up in an hour (no charge). So...mixed bag.

We hired sergiu to redo our electrical, plumbing, hardwood floors and HVAC in the house we had just purchased. He wasn't the cheapest quote but definitely not the most expensive either. His guys were all extremely friendly and professional and I felt very comfortable having them at the house unsupervised. Sergiu walked us through the project and helped us decide where good places for the outlets would be, installed all of our fixtures for us and even helped install our smart home devices. Sergiu went above and beyond and even had his guys go out of their way to help us fix a faucet we tried installing ourselves and failed at. We are extremely satisfied with best construction and will be continuing to use his services for our remodels and building in the future as well.

Best Construction is the best company I've had the pleasure of doing business with...They took an empty building and built it into a ADU...It needed everything, construction, electrical, plumbing, concrete, a complete rebuild...They did it in a matter of 8 weeks, start to finish, they were always on time, they always put in a full days work.. Every member of their team treated us like family.. They did all the leg work on getting all permits making everything legal...We highly recommend this company too do any type of construction or additions that they may want done...

We did a full house remodel and addition with Sergiu and Annamaria at Best Construction. They are a wonderful team and the crew was great. They took our tiny 900 square foot house and reconfigured the walls on the interior and added 250 square feet with a new roof and new exterior. They changed our cramped space into a HOME! It was as if the flow of the house had changed from awkward cramped to what it was always meant to be. They best part was the use of space. We got to keep our big backyard while still feeling like we had loads new room. The whole process was actually pretty fast. We started our design with Annamaria and before we knew it we had plans and permits. I really appreciated having my own input and ideas taken into consideration by Annamarie. She understood my taste and helped me make decisions when I felt overwhelmed by the choices. I appreciated all the vendors and contacts she had for everything from tile, to windows, doors, etc. I never felt pressured to go out of my budget. Sergiu and the crew are great. They are approachable, professional, polite, hardworking, timely, and friendly. It was really great having most of the work done by the Best Construction crew. I

Sergiu and his team just completed a bathroom renovation for us. They did an amazing job and were professional, on-time and a friendly team to have around the house. Their attention to detail was excellent and we will definitely be using them again.
