Best Pool Service - San Diego

We've used them for a few years now after our old pool company stopped servicing our area. Marco is responsive and all their service people have been good and helpful, especially Cleiver and our current pool technician, Victor.

Been with Best Pool Service for over 2 years, Dane has been doing the chemicals plus cleaning the cartridges of our pool since the beginning. He is always on time, texts before arriving and makes sure the pool is sparkling clean while taking the time for a short chat from time to time. And... did I mention fun and good looking too, I did not? Then I won't to keep it professional!

We have been using Best Pool service for almost 2 years now and are very happy with their service. Armand and Marco have made it so that we don't have to worry about anything when it comes to our pool/hot tub being clean and ready to use whenever we want, year round. Highly recommend!

I moved into my current house about two years ago and have had two pool repairmen - the one the previous owner had and one that was recommended. Everything was going fine. Unfortunately our last provider sent a newer tech for a couple of weeks who may not have had proper training and caused a few continuous issues with our pump/pool. After 2-3 weeks of water problems (cloudy and algae), there wasn't much done by the company I had. In an effort to resolve the issues and avoid any major problems, I decided to reach out to a new company. I just googled and called the first one. I spoke with Marco who was eager to help me figure out what I could do while I get a new tech in. He asked me several questions and had me check our pump, telling me exactly what to do. Within 10 minutes, he explained what the problem was and what next steps I needed to take. Unfortunately for me, this company is out of my service area, but even after knowing my location, Marco still took time to help me, answer all my questions, and explain what I could do. Anyone looking for a service company in San Diego should really consider these guys.

Newly hired by our management company. Ever since hired, this company has been providing with an outstanding quality service. The employees are very friendly and reliable. I highly recommend this company. They will take care of your pool needs and repairs in a timely manner as they've been serviced ours!
