TL:DR; Will misled us into paying upfront for much of the work that he either didn't complete at all or did poorly/not up to code. When confronted, he agreed to give us our money back but has failed to make the full payment after 9 months.
Will will tell you that the project finished within a few days but it turns out it's going to be a quarter project. Will is always trying to find the cheapest contractors in the bay area.
I had been calling looking for someone to clean biohazard at my home. Will absolutely did. Told him the job offered to send someone next day.
Will and his team are top notch. We had a broken pipe which required clean up and he and his team did a wonderful job. His pricing is fair and was more cost effective than any other quotes.
