He knew exactly what the problem was. Zach fixed it same day. It's like we have a new door now. We are very happy and satisfied with the service and will use this company again. Zac is really good at what he does - explained the issue to me very clearly and provided recommendations on what could go wrong in the future since our garage door is quite old. I had door closing issue and Josh was able to come by in less than two hours. Since I am repeating customer and had Josh installed all three door openers in the past, he did a the adjustment for free. Highly recommend Josh for his work and prompt response!!! Good work!
