It all started great and we had picked everything and basically decided on the cost. This was 4/30. It was obvious they were trying to get in a bunch of orders that day and the receptionist told me I'd get a call later in the night. Then I get a text at 7:30pm which I then message back around 8 but no response. Next day I call and since it's 5/1 they can no longer honor the previous prices... absolutely ridiculous. Pretty sure 99% of companies offer a quote that's at least good for a month but this place can't even hold it for a day. I then call back a few days later but they don't even bother responding to me. It seems they are busy and don't have time for small orders like mine.

Ali and Aida were very knowledgeable and friendly. Installation went very smoothly. Ali paid a lot of attention to the details to ensure sure everything was lined up and balanced.
