I'm not usually one to write long reviews, but CG interiors pulled through. Finding discontinued flooring is usually a nightmare, but he handled it like a pro. Not only did he source the exact wood I needed from the distributor, but he actually looked out for my wallet and got me a lower price than he initially quoted. What really blew me away was the installation masterclass he gave me. He walked me through everything: how to do 'noise-cancelling' by running underlayment up the wall, overlapping seams perpendicular to the floor, and using flexible caulk for my tile transitions. He even gave me the lowdown on chemical refinishing so I can keep my floor good as new forever. I loved how easy it was to communicate with him. I work a hectic night schedule and we coordinated everything via text. If you call the shop and get the voicemail, definitely give a listen to the greeting :) --he's super responsive and made the delivery stress-free. If you're doing a flooring project and want a master who truly cares about the final result, this is the spot. Thanks again for all the help!

From selecting the flooring to the final installation, the process was smooth, well-communicated, and stress-free. What really sets CG Interiors apart is their in-house installation team, who have been with the company for nearly 20 years. That level of experience shows in the quality of the work. The installation was done carefully, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I also want to address some of the one-star reviews -- many of them are from people who never even had work done by CG Interiors. Based on my actual experience as a customer, those reviews do not reflect the quality or professionalism of this company at all. Yes, it's an investment, but it is absolutely worth the money for the peace of mind, craftsmanship, and long-term results you get. I would highly recommend CG Interiors to anyone looking for quality flooring and expert installation.

Very unprofessional would not give an itemized quote went to other places both were $3000 cheaper. Would not recommend it.

Everyone here is wonderful to work with. Aaron came out and took measurements, Chris was my go-to person for samples, scheduling and pricing and Jesus and his team worked seamlessly to get my new flooring in quickly. My house is on a concrete slab and I knew that there had to be some cracks. I also had 5 different types of flooring throughout my downstairs that they had to deal with. I did have some large cracks but they took care of them quickly and got new flooring installed within two days. I'm amazed at how beautiful it looks. It's such a huge difference. Doing any sort of work comes with a lot of stress but this group of guys made it a lot easier on me and I truly appreciate that. Thank you again!!!

I can't say enough praise for Laura and Chris and the wonderful complete redo of my personal homes , one done in July 2016 and the new home June 2022. Combined over 8,000 Square feet and not one complaint. Total of 7 different carpets and 2200 Square feet of LVP done diagonally and flawless, Not to mention installing all new 7" baseboards. Also, the personal touch of Laura inspecting all work and then spending time on a Saturday doing general tidy up, wiping down counters. Simply was a pleasant surprise. Thank you !!
