We needed to set up an alarm system at the request from our insurance company. We called ADT and were lucky enough to reach Kyle which was very helpful and friendly. He set us up with a tech named Mario. Mario was very friendly and knowledgeable about the system and very patient with us. We highly recommend Kyle and Marlio. We would give them 10 stars if we could.
Kyle was awesome this is my 2nd ADT system and by far working with Kyle is was less expensive and service was better. My last vendor tried to upsell me on unnecessary add ons that I purchased not knowing best to have Kyle on your side.
They were sort of OK, but I felt underinformed in my expectations about the additional costs (nearly $500) for some day-of-installation choices.
It was such a pleasure having ADT provide me these services. Not only that the installation technician (David) gave me 50% off the original quote. I highly recommend ADT and want to say thank you for keeping my business safe.
