I had a non-working garbage disposal. They did a quick assessment over the phone, set a time for service and their service person arrived during the time set. He tested by garbage disposal, determined the problem, fixed it, and made sure to clean up after himself. Compared to other companies I called, their fees are very reasonable and their response was fast. I highly recommend Chase Rooter and Plumbing for any plumbing needs. They are a top quality service.
