Cheaper Locksmith

On Saturday morning after walking my dog I tried to open the back door and the key got stuck in the lock on the door handle. This was a problem since I could not use the key to open the deadbolt. I tried to lubricate the lock and jiggle the key to remove it but it would not budge. I contacted A Better Cheaper Locksmith and they responded to my request for assistance. The locksmith was able to get the key out and checked the locking mechanism. It was determined that the lock was bad and it needed to be replaced. This smart key lock was recently purchased at Home Depot. I would highly recommend using this locksmith. They were courteous and very helpful explaining the issues with the lock.

I sent a text to Bob requesting a quote for having a patio door lock re-keyed. He responded to me within an hour, and said he could come out the same day and do the job. The price he quoted was also the best of any previous locksmiths I've dealt with in the past. He was in and out of there within about 20 minutes, and his communication was excellent all the way through. I saved his number and will 100% call him next time I need lock work done.

Bob came by my apartment to change the locks on 3 external doors. In addition to being professional and thorough, he went above and beyond what we asked. He provided me 3 spare keys, fixed the hook & eye lock on the patio, and adjusted the "sticky" deadbolt on the back door so that it would open more smoothly. Neither of those were in the original request and he did them anyway as an unexpected bonus. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else needing a locksmith!
