Alex was very prompt and efficient. He came in on Saturday to fix our appliance issue. Gave us good tips on maintenance, so we don't face this issue again. Was very courteous and did not try to sell us extra services. I would recommend Chill and Alex again.
We have an issue with our Carrie Mini Split for several month, several technician tried to fix it but no success. Finally the Chill found the problematic unit and fix the problem.
