I received excellent customer service on the phone. I spoke to Luis and schedule an appointment for a chimney sweep and a chimney cap installation. Luis gave me a very reasonable price. He was very kind, knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions. The technicians arrived very promptly as scheduled, very professional, kind and efficient!! They were very conscientious of the work and of my home. After the job was completed, I was impressed how clean everything was! Nathan provided me with the job description and some recommendations. Nathan was informative, helpful, professional, honest and provided quality service. I will highly recommend Chimney Clean Company to my family and friends!

Service was quick and appointment time was met. The technician definitely cleaned out our chimney to help break down old soot. He came out covered in it so I'll give him his props. Unfortunately the air flow in our house does not allow us to use the chimney when the heater is in use as the smoke returns into the house even with our damper open. (Only found this out after cleaning) Great service! Would recommend and hope you all can use your chimneys efficiently!

I needed a chimney cleaned and inspected for a rental house. I was able to schedule for next day, which was very convenient for me. He was very polite and did the job with no mess. He was able to provide a typed report for suggested repairs right from his truck! He did a great job. I also learned that this company does dryer vent cleaning so now I will call them for that as well.

The technician was wonderful and kept me informed as work progressed. The work was clean and quick. I can recommend them highly! PS the work I had done was dry vent cleaning.
