I have been a customer for many years. For me one of the best things about this company is the support and follow-up. I've been very satisfied with them helping me optimize my set-up. Sometimes the settings are confusing. The Cinnamon Solar staff have been very helpful in resolving and or working on these issues. This is a company that will stick with you and help you.

I recently worked with Cinnamon Energy Systems to install solar panels and a battery system at our home in Los Gatos. After getting quotes and speaking to over (5+) companies, Cinnamon was an easy choice. Early on I worked with Marcus (Director, Sales) and his team and they were extremely transparent and educational. Which is a huge plus, in a not very transparent industry:).

Exceptional, Best-in-Class Experience with Cinnamon Energy Systems: I chose Cinnamon Energy Systems (CES) based on their weekly podcast The Energy Show, their excellent reputation, and my positive history with Barry Cinnamon 20 years ago when Akeena Solar installed my original system. Now transitioning from NEM 1.0 to NEM 3.0, it was time for a completely new solar and storage setup. CES has been an absolute pleasure to work with from the initial pre-proposal all the way to securing PG&E Permission to Operate (PTO).

Cinnamon met all our expectations. The Powerwall/solar install was smooth and on schedule. Michael Croft, our contact person at Cinnamon, provided great updates all throughout the process. He responded in a timely manner to all inquiries I directed to him.

Absolutely stellar process and service the entire way though. This was a more involved installation on a lightweight tile roof with multiple arrays.
