Complete Professional Restoration

CPR was our lifesaver!! During the bad storms here in the bay area the past 3 months we had major damage to our fencing and home. John had great communication and always responded in a timely matter. He came out to survey the damage within a day of notification and got us quotes within 48 hrs. He was professional and very knowledgeable about how to fix our damages. His pricing was well below the others and he put us on his schedule right away. John and he's crew did a great job and we would recommend CPR for any construction needs.

The owner's comment is completely false. We did not try to "scam" our insurance or ask for anything outside of what the insurance asked to be done. The insurance said that the cabinets in the bathroom would also need to be replaced due to water damage after the initial inspection which is why we asked to have that included as well. The insurance had already paid us out at this point so we were simply trying to find a contractor to get the work done. Maybe if they actually bothered to answer the phone and speak to customers, this could have been explained. Trying to blame the customer and make false accusations instead of taking responsibility for not responding or providing an estimate WHEN YOU REPEATEDLY SAID YOU WOULD just goes to show how unprofessional they are.

John Petford did our bathroom and I loved it. Everybody who have seen it loved it as well. He is very professional and easy to deal with! If I need remodelling, I would still want to call him because he does a wonderful job!

CPR did more than an excellent job. They took their time (not billing me) to look for wood that would be less expensive than the one we picked out and looked better. It saved us a lot of money. We were grateful that with all the changes we made in picking out the wood the job was completed on time and it was beautiful. John Petford took the time to come by a few days later to make sure we were pleased with the job and fixed a few things that he felt might need to be adjusted. Use CPR every chance you can!

John was referred to me as a handyman, yet the incredible service he offers is way above any handyman I have used before. John replaced some siding on my home and repaired some damage. What I found most impressive was the blending he was able to do so that the repair looked to be identical to the existing siding, without the damage. The choice of wood he used was perfect and the color match was perfect, too. John is friendly, professional and highly responsive to my many questions and concerns. Thank you John!
